Tibetan arrested in Dingri
Phayul reports that Chinese authorities at Dingri county town arrested 19-year old Lhusham Tsering, from Kangtsa County, Tsojang TAP, Qinghai Province (Amdo), for allegedly carrying a fake Border Travel Permit (Chin: Tongxingzhen). His current whereabouts are unknown.
