US Commission on Religious Freedom visits China
The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) has embarked on a two-week visit to China. The visit was agreed to by the USA and China in December 2002 during U.S-China bilateral human rights dialogue, and follows the visit of US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Beijing in July. The delegation will attend meetings in Beijing, Chengdu, Kashgar, Urumqi, Lhasa, and Shanghai.
